When will my items ship?
All item are shipped on Mondays excluding holidays unless you have chosen the expedited shipping option. Please note that processing time occurs immediately after your purchase (excluding weekends and holidays) that will take up to 2-3 days.
Can I return or exchange my items?
For health and safety reason all items are NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Before shipping all items are evaluated for quality control and we can assure they will not be faulty.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour after the transaction. Any cancellation after that can not be fulfilled.
Are these lashes cruelty-free?

How many times can I reuse my lashes?
These lashes are reusable anywhere from 15-20 times when handled with care.
